Change PLMN and frequency in AW2S pipeline

- Remove unused AmariUE config file, replace by new one - for PLMN 00102
- Change frequency of AW2S pipeline - Move center frequency by 40 MHz to avoid interferency with other setups
in the lab. Set center frequency to ~ 3450 MHz.
