Revert "CI: upgrade RAN-SA-Handover-CN5G F1 handover test to test Reestablishment on a different DU"

The CI test proved not as stable as expected (because the UE triggers A3
events which we don't want), so revert this functionality while we work
on a new pipeline.

This reverts commit bc62e8abca.
