Subject: [PATCH] Move Aerial nFAPI enum entry to end

Some places (e.g., 4G eNB/UE nfapi mode) use numbers for the FAPI mode,
directly mapping to an enum. Aerial being in the middle messes up these
numbers. Put it at the end to limit possible problems.
