Subject: [PATCH] Stop GTP receiver thread on exit

Stop the receive thread before closing the socket, which avoids an error
message when stopping the GTP softmodem:

    [GTPU]   [91] Recvfrom failed (Bad file descriptor)
    [GTPU]   exiting thread
