These libraries depend on the logging module, so add the right
dependency log_headers. Indirectly, this will fulfill the condition of
T. I consider the prior usage of generate_T or {T_LIB} incorrect,
because basically none of these libraries actually, actively use T, but
rather only the logging module, which pulls in T. The dependency of
log_headers will also take care of generating and including T headers,
which is a dependency of the logging module.
For conf2uedata and related, fulfill the dependency
through conf2uedata_lib (on which the rest depends).
Tell strncpy() the size including the NULL byte to make sure we copy all
data.
This just fixes these warnings:
openair3/NAS/TOOLS/conf_usim.c: In function ‘gen_usim_data’:
openair3/NAS/TOOLS/conf_usim.c:191:17: warning: ‘strncpy’ output truncated before terminating nul copying as many bytes from a string as its length [-Wstringop-truncation]
openair3/NAS/TOOLS/conf_usim.c:190:53: note: length computed here
openair3/NAS/TOOLS/conf_usim.c:195:17: warning: ‘strncpy’ output truncated before terminating nul copying as many bytes from a string as its length [-Wstringop-truncation]
openair3/NAS/TOOLS/conf_usim.c:194:54: note: length computed here
add copy with limited size and truncate properly with null C string termination.
As clang-format doesn't handle tab indented files and as it is not the
OAI coding rule, the entire file is re-indented with present OAI coding
rule.
Use the right type for variable, as getopt_long() returns an int. Using
char is not a problem on x86, but prevents the return of -1 in case of
parameter reading end. This led to infinite loops on ARM, which is fixed
through the variable type change. An additional counter measure (showing
the problem) would be to print and error out when reading an undefined
parameter, which is added here as well.
This has been forgotten when making the same change for getopt() in
cf9854601c ("getopt() returns int").
remove several unused files
remove mem_block_t that is never used in a different way than a simple heap buffer
move up IP address type and remove duplications of the same struct declaration
At this point we are successfully able to build.
Additionally, we can run the scenario,
however, it does not pass. It seems that the gNB
is not connecting to the proxy correctly. Just
wanted to push the progress so far. FYI, the items
that had to be changed to correct the linking issues
were the following:
- mac_rrc_data_ind_ue vs. nr_mac_rrc_data_ind_ue
- rrc_data_req vs. nr_rrc_data_req
- mac_rrc_data_req_ue vs. nr_mac_rrc_data_req_ue
- rrc_data_req_ue vs. rrc_data_req_nr_ue
- rrc_data_req vs. nr_rrc_data_req
The listed functions should be declard in the LTE/NR
UE directory depending on the functionality. Several
were mixed. i.e.: LTE functions being called in NR UE.
Also, removing siWindowLength, siWindowLength_int,
SIBType, SIBPeriod, and siPeriod_int from the NR UE RRC.
These variable were not used in the NR UE and are defined
for LTE only.
Lastly, in the NR_IF_Module.c of the NR UE, the global
variable def_dci_pdu_rel15 is not accessible. Need to
revisit this. For not it is commented out.
changes:
- ue mcc/mnc 208.93
- use correct key/opc for user
- change addresses in conf file for them to be easier to understand
(maybe)
With those changes, running:
sudo ./run_enb_ue_virt_s1
in cmake_targets/tools should work out of the box
The user still has to configure correct IP addresses in
targets/PROJECTS/GENERIC-LTE-EPC/CONF/enb.band7.generic.oaisim.local_mme.conf
We supposed oaisim (enb+ue) machine to be on IP address 10.0.1.1
and EPC (hss, mme, spgw) machine to be on IP address 10.0.1.2.
- print current working directory
- print git version (if available)
- print security keys
this last one is a security breach, but as of today
it's not a problem
It was not setting emm_data->eplmn.plmn[X], only emm_data->eplmn.n_plmns,
leading to the UE to dig for PLMN 00000.
(It's not the end of the story, seems like the PLMN selection
does not work, the UE only tries one from what I've seen, but
I didn't dig much, may be wrong.)
