Added ITTI timer support for RTAI builds (timers must only be used from non RT tasks).

Blocked message sending to ended tasks.
Modified lte-softmodem to use ITTI signal handling.
Uniformized lte-softmodem and oaisim with ITTI handling.

Fixed some issue with IP address copy in eNB application.

Modified eNB appilcation for lte-softmodem.
Changed log conponent to ENB_APP.
Addapted lte-softmodem to wait for eNB - MME registration before starting L2L1 task.
Fixed warnings.
