gauthier 014010e52d modified version of message chart generator (msc), now events are stored in a contention-free and concurency-free collection (lfds611), resulting in a uniq dump file per executable. 
MSC is using an ITTI timer (bad dependancy for executables that are not yet "ITTIzed").

winckel ae4b36507f Added ITTI timer support for RTAI builds (timers must only be used from non RT tasks). 
Blocked message sending to ended tasks.
Modified lte-softmodem to use ITTI signal handling.
Uniformized lte-softmodem and oaisim with ITTI handling.

winckel c5a3b8a954 Modified timer log to use oaisim / lte-softmodem logging rather than fprintf when available. 
Moved itti initialization in oaisim to have log initialized just before.

Cedric Roux 6102fa4b60 - Fix some performances issues for softmodem 
- Remove eventfd if task has only polling mode
- Created dummy thread to convert eventfd from RT thread to non RT threads
- Added eNB app to softmodem
- Set poll mode for itti dumper thread in softmodem
- Disable timers for softmodem

winckel b45af4a3c9 Moved files related to assertions, backtrace and signals handling into ITTI directory. 
Renamed all ITTI functions, to make them start with module name ("itti_").
Added generic signals handling support in ITTI.
Changed ITTI log port for oaisim to 10006.
Introduce an option to use ITTI in oaisim and reoragized code.

winckel 11b1a9c0da Moved ITTI configuration values into a separate file. 
Included "mme_config.h" explicitely in files because it must be removed from "intertask_interface.h" to make ITTI more generic.
Removed some useless timer definitions.
