winckel ccb126d6df Added some field in RRC eNB info structure to store additionnal information. 
Corrected "get_next_UE_index" and "rrc_remove_UE".
Started communication between RRC eNB and S1ap.
Changed some S1ap structure definitions.
Fixed warnings.

winckel f73cac4cbe Enabled by default use of EVENT_FD for ITTI. 
It allows use of internal and external events with a single wait point in tasks.

winckel c2e44ad7c0 Modified use of instance in ITTI messages to have a coherent use of it. It always refers to the same unit (eNB or UE) in all tasks or sub-tasks. This will allow filtering on instance number in itti_analyser.
