winckel 4c01f4f772 Removed cellular build tests from pre-ci. 
Added build and run tests with ITTI enabled.

Navid Nikaein 5861085339 * Add relay node types and its eNB/UE procedures 
* update the L2 interface
* update eMBMS MAC/PHY to support more than one MBSFN sync area
* update OTG to support different multicast traffic for eMBMS
* pre-ci test passed (100%)
