* Remove recv thread
	* Update logs to LOG api
	* Retransmit Initial message if master not ready
	* Assert if packets lost -> break the execution if there is a drift in slots

Cedric Roux b62ae47b90 - Fix uninitialized variables in MAC UL scheduler 
- Fix invalid write in MAC pre-processor
- Fix variable defaulted to int (instead of double)
