Include renames

Cedric Roux	2778fd560f	bladerf: have it functional (lte only, no nr) ... At Eurecom now we only have Nuand bladeRF 2.0 (bladerf2) and those calibration calls fail, so let's remove them. Maybe they are needed for other boards, but we can't test at Eurecom. In case of problems with other boards, contact us.	2023-06-15 17:14:24 +02:00
