Navid Nikaein 9a575c71ec * fix the bugs for the IP connectivity when more than one UE is activated 
* add the phy abstraction for eMBMS, and the MCH transport info for distributed simulation
* add supports in PDCP to detect the multicast/broadcast packets

Cedric Roux 0b0fabaa7e - Fix recent issues with ping in pre-ci 
- Corrected PDCP layer to manage more than one UE correctly
	* use eNB_id, UE_id as identifiers for connections
	* splitted UE/eNB data
	* Use the real rb_id for index in array (instead of the one used for communication with RLC/IP driver

pre-ci OK, except for the random issue related to Msg3

Navid Nikaein f18e400960 * merge/add handover procedure for the access stratum (enabled with the -H), status: experimental. 
* fix a bug in BSR computation
* add a python script to launch meld if the diff3 in subvsersion/config file is set to the targets/SCRIPTS/svn-merge-meld.py
* pre-ci passed (100%)

winckel 5b07ebb052 Created RRC eNB ITTI task and inserted ITTI messages between it and L2L1 task. 
Moved RRC UE code into "rrc_UE.c".
Fixed some warnings.

pre-ci ok.

winckel 9405e6addb Added RRC_MAC_CCCH_SUCCESS_IND and RRC_DCCH_DATA_REQ ITTI messages definition and handling. 
Removed RRC_MAC_SYNC_IND that is not used anymore.
Added ITTI messages reception in PDCP (in pdcp_run).
Added pdcp_rrc_data_req in l2 interface.
Fixed warning.

pre-ci ok.

winckel 1378c4fbfb Added an RRC UE task and inserted some message based communications between MAC or PDCP and RRC when ITTI is enabled. 
Uniformized some parameter types.
