Florian Kaltenberger a9cc4323e7 removing directories openair1/ARCH and openair1/LAUNCH_SRIPTS and all references to it 
(the only variable that was used is number_of_cards, which is now in openair1/PHY/[vars,extern].h)

thomasl d2332bba0d fix the fu.... inserting og @echo in parts before a make goal and list of commans that start by a TAB 
that is not correct in makefiles: replaced by $(warning and $(info (the latest needs make version > 3.8, so ubuntu 12.04 is fine)

thomasl c7d7e0ae06 Use one single way to know the kernel sorce directory: 
include $(OPENAIR_HOME)/common/utils/Makefile.inc

then use the variable $(KERNEL_DIR)

this variable is set in $(OPENAIR_HOME)/common/utils/Makefile.inc as 
export KERNEL_DIR=/lib/modules/$(shell uname -r)/

Not fixed: card bus MIMO 1, third party SW as PMIPv6 and shell scripts

thomasl 8b8cc9834f ifix netle install: reverse if version = 12.04 to != 12.04 (I guess it is the initial intention) 
fix ssh-server install: start servce after installation (else it doesn't start in ubuntu 14.04 at least)

Florian Kaltenberger 5dccb68718 removing old calibration files and just leaving 2 for the rxgains for exmimo2 revision 2a and 2b. use option -F to select either one. default is revision 2b.
