Florian Kaltenberger faf8953da6 fixed UL time domain channel estimation (was using the dft instead of idft) and removed repeated format issues 
fixed bug in timing advance procedures in UE and eNB

Raymond Knopp d6cdcb915b removed PHY/TOOLS/fft.c and all uses of this FFT implementation. All are replaced by the faster versions in PHY/TOOLS/lte_dfts.c

Raymond Knopp 4980ec2c7f added support for 1.5/10/20 MHz. 1.5MHz primary synch is still broken (128-bit alignment issue with 128-point DFTs). 1/2 UEs connection seems to work ok for 10/20 MHz.
