Cedric Roux 0b0fabaa7e - Fix recent issues with ping in pre-ci 
- Corrected PDCP layer to manage more than one UE correctly
	* use eNB_id, UE_id as identifiers for connections
	* splitted UE/eNB data
	* Use the real rb_id for index in array (instead of the one used for communication with RLC/IP driver

pre-ci OK, except for the random issue related to Msg3

Cedric Roux d5a12e3b79 - Moved Makerules to OPENAIR_TARGETS 
- Created Makefile.common that gathers common definitions for oaisim and lte-softmodem
- Added ITTI capabilities to lte-softmodem (currently not stable)
	* Created dummy l2l1 task
	* Added -K option to output itti messages to file (some RT issues with file flush)
- Added S1AP/SCTP tasks in lte-softmodem

pre-ci ok
lte-softmodem with HARD_RT=1 build ok

Cedric Roux e1d2667467 - Renamed msg structure in ITTI to ittiMsg to avoid confusions when parsing XML file if multiple structure "msg" are defined 
- Fix build issue of EPC
- Enable event fd for EPC instead of pthread_cond
- Added some new S1AP messages defintions

winckel b45af4a3c9 Moved files related to assertions, backtrace and signals handling into ITTI directory. 
Renamed all ITTI functions, to make them start with module name ("itti_").
Added generic signals handling support in ITTI.
Changed ITTI log port for oaisim to 10006.
Introduce an option to use ITTI in oaisim and reoragized code.
