winckel 69cadc976d Added rsrq and rsrp to BCCH DATA IND message to allow reporting of signal level and quality to upper layers. 
Added NAS_CELL_SELECTION_CNF response for NAS after successful decoding of SIB1.

Cedric Roux 0b0fabaa7e - Fix recent issues with ping in pre-ci 
- Corrected PDCP layer to manage more than one UE correctly
	* use eNB_id, UE_id as identifiers for connections
	* splitted UE/eNB data
	* Use the real rb_id for index in array (instead of the one used for communication with RLC/IP driver

pre-ci OK, except for the random issue related to Msg3

winckel c2e44ad7c0 Modified use of instance in ITTI messages to have a coherent use of it. It always refers to the same unit (eNB or UE) in all tasks or sub-tasks. This will allow filtering on instance number in itti_analyser.

winckel fdd7de3280 Introduced MAC xCCH DATA REQ messages to complete RRC MAC interface, they are not actually used! 
Integrated SDU buffer into MAX xCCH messages with a fixed size.

winckel 5260b60df7 Added a command line option "-K file_name" to save ITTI logs directly. 
Created "RRC_MAC_BCCH_DATA_REQ" message.
Separated L2L1 sub task by eNB/UE to separate messages handling in PDCP and MAC.
Added ITTI messages poll in MAC sub tasks.

winckel 9405e6addb Added RRC_MAC_CCCH_SUCCESS_IND and RRC_DCCH_DATA_REQ ITTI messages definition and handling. 
Removed RRC_MAC_SYNC_IND that is not used anymore.
Added ITTI messages reception in PDCP (in pdcp_run).
Added pdcp_rrc_data_req in l2 interface.
Fixed warning.

pre-ci ok.
