winckel ae4b36507f Added ITTI timer support for RTAI builds (timers must only be used from non RT tasks). 
Blocked message sending to ended tasks.
Modified lte-softmodem to use ITTI signal handling.
Uniformized lte-softmodem and oaisim with ITTI handling.

winckel dfeb30caff Fixed some issue with IP address copy in eNB application. 
Modified eNB appilcation for lte-softmodem.
Changed log conponent to ENB_APP.
Addapted lte-softmodem to wait for eNB - MME registration before starting L2L1 task.
Fixed warnings.

Cedric Roux 6102fa4b60 - Fix some performances issues for softmodem 
- Remove eventfd if task has only polling mode
- Created dummy thread to convert eventfd from RT thread to non RT threads
- Added eNB app to softmodem
- Set poll mode for itti dumper thread in softmodem
- Disable timers for softmodem

Cedric Roux d5a12e3b79 - Moved Makerules to OPENAIR_TARGETS 
- Created Makefile.common that gathers common definitions for oaisim and lte-softmodem
- Added ITTI capabilities to lte-softmodem (currently not stable)
	* Created dummy l2l1 task
	* Added -K option to output itti messages to file (some RT issues with file flush)
- Added S1AP/SCTP tasks in lte-softmodem

pre-ci ok
lte-softmodem with HARD_RT=1 build ok

Florian Kaltenberger 731f75c594 lte-softmodem now uses new thread for pdcp 
updated llr scaling for PDCCH and PDSCH in TM5
initialized all newly allocated memory to 0 in new_eNB/UE_ulsch/dlsch and setting pointers to 0 after freeing memory in free_eNB/UE_ulsch/dlsch  
some small modifications related to EMOS (from the MU-MIMO measurement campaign)

removed unused files
