Cedric Roux 2817ad4d29 - Added upper layer support for NAS MME 
* Correctly fetch user authentication vector from HSS
	* Trigger authentication procedure based on the returned vector
- Removed unused security types

winckel f28f6ee356 Included "mme_config.h" explicitely in this files because it must be removed from "intertask_interface.h" to make itti more generic.
