Robert Schmidt 98ebd0d71e Revert "Add assertion for known segfault during teardown of gNB." ...

This reverts commit 4c658cdd50.

This commit was introduce to signal a known segfault. The bug has been
fixed in the last commit, so this commit can be reverted as the
AssertFatal is not necessary anymore.
