Retx check frequently fails in OTA pipelines, particularly for interfering UEs attempting to connect to the cell. This leads to job failures in OTA pipelines. Remove the retx check from Multi-Antenna and Aerial pipelines to improve CI stability and avoid false failures. In these pipelines, iperf test already validates correct funtionality, making the retx check redundant.
