Robert Schmidt 81b2fe634f Simplify SRS handling ...

Remove useless logging defines. Move srs_estimated_channel_time to where
it is used. Prepare for the next commit by moving UL_INFO to earlier
inside phy_procedures_gNB_uespec_RX().
