libnetlink is written by Alexey Kuznetsov <kuznet@ms2.inr.ac.ru>. It is distributed under the GNU General Public License. A modified version of libnetlink is distributed with MIPL Mobile IPv6 for Linux package. This version does not include all the functionality of libnetlink package, but only those used by MIPL.
