Make debug logging for PRACH nRxPkt = 0

This commit was tested with MicroAmp FR2 with 2x2 MIMO,
where PRACH Rx antennas used is 1.

OAI L1 sets the number of PRACH antennas to be the same as for PUSCH.
Ideally, this should be properly fixed. In the meantime, I modified the
logging to debug to reduce noise.
