CI: Reduce RX gain in 100 MHz test of SA-Multi-Antenna-CN5G

Manual testing showed that lowering the RX gain reduces UL retransmissions and improves overall UL throughput in the 100 MHz 2x2 test case of the SA-Multi-Antenna CN5G pipeline.
