- Removing unused PUCCH resources and accordingly increasing the PUCCH symbol allocation by 1 unit (now 13 symbols in regular slot)

-adapt iperf routines for quectel 
-change quectel NIC name 
-new NSA test markers for eNB and gNB 
-several bugfixes (CI python)

- Fix several compilation issues nr-ittisim, uescope, telnetsrv,
