Melissa Elkadi 8b2b78e477 Fixed remote_addr.sin_port 
For some reason the htons invocation got deleted which broke
the VNF P7 interface.

Also fixed some build issues, not sure how these got onto the
develop branch to begin with.

Raymond Knopp d26d60300e added a PRB-based channel estimation. It averages the 4/6 DMRS LS channel estimates and uses a single value per PRB. Improves performance of high MCS 
PHY_VARS_NR_UE now has a flag fd_lin_interpolation which turns this on/off. By default it uses the "new" method.
