Thomas Schlichter 87b53883b2 HACK: cut PUSCH and PDSCH OFDM symbol after complete CP 
Currently we cute the PUSCH and PDSCH OFDM symbols starting within the last 1/8th of the CP to avoid ISI.
This time shift leads to a rotation in frequency domain.
The current PRB based channel estimation does not compensate for the rotation _within_ a PRB, leading to bad performance.

This commit should _not_ make it into develop branch, it is just for testing!
Instead, we should do some compensating rotation before channel estimation.

Raymond Knopp c0ae143264 extra logging for PUCCH power control, DL NAS debugging. Fixed issue with power control configuration parameterss (pucchSNRx10,puschSNRx10) which were not read in properly. Consequence of moving them from the RRC setion to MAC section. 2021-04-21 08:22:57 +02:00

Raymond Knopp cee0f9451d intermediate commit. up to Msg4 ACK and DCI_0_0 reception verified with COTS UE (Quectel). 
- first PUSCH containing RRCSetupComplete not programmed for reception in PHY for some reason. DCI_0_0 received by UE.
- if RA fails, on the second attempt there is usually a crash (sometimes in L2_interface.c when getting UE context (added AssertFatal on this now).
