roux 2f3d6bc99a This commit is a very unclean fix to deal with 
extension version groups present in the RRC release 10
ASN.1 file (extensions between [[ and ]]).

Basically we do a syntactic replacement at compile time.
    [[ becomes '<name> SEQUENCE {'
    ]] becomes '} OPTIONAL'

<name> is 'ext<N>' where N is a number
increasing at each new extension group
in a given definition.

The UPER encoding for the two syntaxes is identical
(as far as y understanding of the specifications goes).

The XER encoding is different, due to the new 'ext<N>'
name.

Other encodings may be different.

The real solution is to fix the ASN.1 compiler.
This is not a simple task.

knopp e09d843d14 Added bugfixes for PDCCH (not all). New --ue-dump--frame and --loop-memory option for lte-softmodem. Updates in PMCH/MCH transmission which were forgotten in recent DLSCH/PDSCH changes. mbmssim works again.

Cedric Roux 76fc205b35 carrier aggregation prepartion work: 
- handle an UE on the second carrier
- quick fix (may change in the future) to deal with race conditions
  in lte-softmodem. TX procedures (phy_procedures_eNB_TX) are now done
  the one after the other, from carrier 0 to carrier N.

Lionel Gauthier e7921f03a3 Changed default DRB id from 3 to 1 
With folowwing implicit rule
drb id = x => correspondind lc id = x+2, eps bearer id = x+4

Changed RLC inner structs, no more statically allocated array, now it is dynamic via malloc and collection of RLC entities are stored in a hashtable.
Changed misc simple types
Started compiling with all warning setted and treated as errors, still working on RLC and around...
Add const qualifier wherever suitable (for example param frame, module id, const pointers, etc)

Thinking about a type of context parameter in procedure calls in L2 data plane (modules id, frame, srb flag, enb flag, etc)...
