gauthier e44146b708 handling of timing advance is improved. MAC retrieves timing advance from phy once prior to DL scheduling and clears the statistic in PHY. A timer for controlling the timing advance periodicity was introduced. 2016-01-06 11:37:26 +01:00
gauthier cf8645d8cd Limitation of non SI DLSCH allocations in subframe 0/5 to PRBS not around DC (avoid puncturing from PBCH). Placement of SI around DC instead of randomized allocations. Cedric Roux c383e50bd6 This commit rejects an UE that connects by sending RRCConnectionRequest with S-TMSI. 
The observed behavior (samsung phone, lte dongle, sequans box) is that the UE
keeps connecting over and over again.

roux 25d35fbc51 Improve code fiability. 
This commit protects function calls in
openair2/UTIL/MEM/mem_block.c with a mutex so that
many threads calling them at the same time don't mess up.

The mechanism may be a bit overkill, it might be refined
in the future.

roux 2f3d6bc99a This commit is a very unclean fix to deal with 
extension version groups present in the RRC release 10
ASN.1 file (extensions between [[ and ]]).

Basically we do a syntactic replacement at compile time.
    [[ becomes '<name> SEQUENCE {'
    ]] becomes '} OPTIONAL'

<name> is 'ext<N>' where N is a number
increasing at each new extension group
in a given definition.

The UPER encoding for the two syntaxes is identical
(as far as y understanding of the specifications goes).

The XER encoding is different, due to the new 'ext<N>'
name.

Other encodings may be different.

The real solution is to fix the ASN.1 compiler.
This is not a simple task.

roux 9a98566a90 Fix a bug in asn1c (add another patch to asn1c). 
Basically when skiping an unknown extension, asn1c
did read 24 bits per 24 bits and later on failed
if the remaining bits (up to 23) were superior
to 8.

The patch reads 1 bit per 1 bit.
