Xenofon Foukas db4769bc35 Fixes to L2NFAPI_NOS1 dataplane traffic forwarding 
This commit fixes a bug that makes the dataplane traffic of all the
emulated UEs to go through the interface of the first UE (oaitun_ue1).

The fix uses the last octet of the IP assigned to each UE to map it to its
UE_id, which is then used to get its RNTI and the correct PDCP queue.
For the emulator to work properly, the routing tables of the emulated UEs
must also be set. This patch introduces a script (setup_routes.sh) in
cmake_targets/tools that configures the routing tables. This script
must be run at the UE host machine once the UEs have successfully attached,
passing the number of emulated UEs as the argument. For example, in the
case of 16 emulated UEs, one must run "./setup_routes.sh 16".

Cedric Roux e257f76dd0 nr: rlc: minor: set log level to error for max retx reached 
Just in case there is a problem, better to see it.

max retx reached means "radio link failure". We should do
something about it at some point. For the moment, let's
inform the user that there is a problem.

We can set back to LOG_D later in time when we deal with it
properly.

Procedure fill_dmrs_mask is modified.
	- PDSCH Mapping Type B is supported
	- Modified according to sections 5.1.6.2 of Spec 38.214
	- Single and double symbol DMRS are handled in Type A and Type B

Mapping type according to the time domain allocation from DCI should be used to get the values of DMRS config
For sending sib1 - DCI FORMAT 1_0 will be used with SI_RNTI, UE should perform these actions
according to sections 5.1.6.2 of Spec 38.214

Additional DMRS set to pos2 in case of msg2 reception, msg3 transmission.

Mapping type B is added to RRC reconfig.
	- nr_dlsim updated to test typeA and typeB. Verified the changes.
	- RFSIM Validation of PDSCH Mapping TypeB  by changing timedomainallocation in configuration files.
