thomasl bef380205b replace = by := in shell commands to define svn version and date 
therefore, the date will be the same for one given compilation and make will save a lot of forks

thomasl 30e2218350 simplified Makefiles: group all general options of gcc in trunk/common/utils/Makefile.inc 
remain issues with -m32 and -std=gnu99 , so I kept it defined locally in eahc makefile

thomasl 2ea394ab0b Simplify and make better cojerency of gcc general options 
remain issues: -m32 set in only some placed (not changed) -std=gnu99 is also partially set (can't compile if set everywhere)

thomasl d278d61961 fix file messages.xml generation that was not correct: the file is generated, but wrong content 
this is also why we have to launch twice the make command

Lionel Gauthier d2daa68ae0 But mutex on dar buffer, tested RTAI, but missed slot can occur, because phy rx and tx threads stimulate code with dar buffer, other solutions can be implemented.
